After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, cardiac failure acute, dermatitis bullous, quadriparesis, renal failure acute, syncope, thyrotoxic crisis, vomiting. Ampicillin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute hepatic failure, acute respiratory failure, anaphylactic reaction, autoimmune thyroiditis, cardiogenic shock, dermatitis bullous, panic attack, quadriparesis, renal failure acute. Ampicillin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMPICILLIN AND SULBACTAM. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
