Ampicillin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Nov 29, 2006. Male patient, 85 years of age, weighting 166.0 lb, was diagnosed with endocarditis prophylaxis and was treated with Ampicillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysarthria, hyperhidrosis, hypotension, nausea , pharyngeal oedema. Ampicillin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Ampicillin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Nov 16, 2005. Male patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with cellulitis  and was treated with Ampicillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arteriospasm coronary, blood pressure decreased, chest pain , electrocardiogram st segment elevation, hyperhidrosis, myocardial infarction, nausea , troponin increased. Ampicillin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALBUTEROL, PERCOCET, CEPHALEXIN. Patient recovered.
