Ampicillin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Feb 22, 2005. Female patient was diagnosed with sepsis  and was treated with Ampicillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: air embolism, cardio-respiratory arrest, cyanosis. Ampicillin dosage: (375 MG), INTRAVENOUS. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: air embolism, cardio-respiratory arrest, nervous system disorder. Ampicillin dosage: 1500 MG (375 MG), INTRAVENOUS. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
