Amphotericin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Nov 08, 2006. Male patient, 69 years of age, weighting 137.7 lb, was diagnosed with meningitis cryptococcal and was treated with Amphotericin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dialysis , dyspnoea, gastrointestinal disorder, oedema peripheral, renal failure acute. Amphotericin dosage: 300MG DAILY IV. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/12/2006.
