Female patient was diagnosed with systemic mycosis and was treated with Amphotericin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chills, headache , malaise. Amphotericin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRONISON, RANITIDINE, ANTACID, MICONAZOLE, MEROPENEM, VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient recovered.
