Amphotericin Side Effects Report #5705671-5
Amphotericin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from SLOVAKIA (Slovak Republic) on Apr 10, 2008. Female patient, 15 years of age, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Amphotericin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, body temperature increased, cardiac arrest , cardiac failure, circulatory collapse, hypokalaemia, hypotension, infusion related reaction, loss of consciousness. Amphotericin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIAZEPAM, PYRIDOXINE, TRIMETHOPRIM, PARALEN, HYDROCORTISONE, PENCLEN. Patient died on 03/19/2008.

During the same period patient was treated with TIAPRIDE, OMEPRAZOLE, CLOPIDOGREL, DIGOXIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
