Amphotericin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Oct 06, 2005. Male patient, 71 years of age, weighting 158.7 lb, was diagnosed with pneumonia aspergillus and was treated with Amphotericin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, chills, oxygen saturation decreased. Amphotericin dosage: 350MG IV QD. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOFLOXACIN, GENTAMICIN, HYDROXYZINE. Patient recovered.
