Amphotericin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Mar 06, 2008. Female patient, 41 years of age, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with meningitis cryptococcal and was treated with Amphotericin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, cardiac arrest
, chest pain
, coronary artery aneurysm, disseminated intravascular coagulation, hyperkalaemia, hypotension, intravascular haemolysis. Amphotericin dosage: unknown.
