Female patient, 15 years of age, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Amphotericin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, body temperature increased, cardiac arrest
, cardiac failure, circulatory collapse, hypokalaemia, hypotension, infusion related reaction, loss of consciousness. Amphotericin dosage: unknown.
