Amphotec side effect was reported by a Health Professional from CHINA on Apr 30, 2007. Male patient was diagnosed with candidiasis and was treated with Amphotec. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, cardiac failure, renal disorder, respiratory failure. Amphotec dosage: 50 MG QD. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
