Amoxapine Side Effects Report #5302442-9
Amoxapine side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Apr 03, 2007. Female patient, 43 years of age, weighting 125.7 lb, was diagnosed with depression
and was treated with Amoxapine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure chronic, completed suicide, intentional overdose, intentional self-injury, pulmonary congestion, pulmonary oedema, skin laceration. Amoxapine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ANTIDEPRESSANTS, ANTIPSYCHOTICS, ANXIOLYTICS, HYPNOTICS AND SEDATIVES. Patient died.
