Male patient, 78 years of age, weighting 183.0 lb, was diagnosed with essential hypertension, hypercholesterolaemia, acute endocarditis and was treated with Amlor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erysipelas, rash , renal failure acute. Amlor dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRIATEC, ELISOR, VANCOMYCIN, RIFAMPICIN, GENTALLINE, PYOSTACINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with DILTIAZEM, LOPRESSOR, NISISCO, KARDEGIC, CRESTOR, MIXTARD, LASIX. Patient recovered.
