After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , brugada syndrome, bundle branch block right, coma, completed suicide, depressed level of consciousness, electrocardiogram st segment elevation, hypotension, intentional overdose. Amitriptyline dosage: unknown. Patient died.
