After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, intentional overdose, suicide attempt, ventricular arrhythmia. Amitriptyline dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRIMIPRAMINE MALEATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
