After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, bronchopneumonia, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, cardiac hypertrophy, cholelithiasis, diffuse alveolar damage, dyspnoea, malaise. Amitriptyline dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with REQUIP, PSEUDOEPHEDRINE, DEXTROMETHORPHAN, NORTRIPTYLINE, HYDROCODONE, MORPHINE, NORCO, UNIRETIC. Patient died on 01/08/2006.
