Female patient, 53 years of age, weighting 117.0 lb, was diagnosed with vaginal burning sensation, vulvovaginal dryness and was treated with Amitriptyline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anger, condition aggravated, irritability, somnolence, vaginal burning sensation. Amitriptyline dosage: 0.5 ML THREE TIMES A DAY VAG. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , brugada syndrome, bundle branch block right, cardiac arrest , coma, completed suicide, condition aggravated, depressed level of consciousness, electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged.
