Female patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with suicide attempt and was treated with Amitriptyline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, areflexia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood creatinine increased, coma, hypothermia , intentional overdose, mean arterial pressure decreased. Amitriptyline dosage: 11250 MG, ONCE/SINGLE, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DICLOFENAC. Patient recovered.
