After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain What is  back pain, brugada syndrome, bundle branch block right, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, coma, completed suicide, condition aggravated, depressed level of consciousness, electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged. Amitriptyline dosage: unknown. Patient died.
