After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , brugada syndrome, bundle branch block right, cardiac arrest , coma, completed suicide, condition aggravated, depressed level of consciousness, electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged. Amitriptyline dosage: unknown. Patient died.
