Amitriptyline side effect was reported by a Health Professional from NETHERLANDS on Jan 22, 2007. Female patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with suicide attempt and was treated with Amitriptyline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, areflexia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood creatinine increased, coma, hypothermia What is  hypothermia, intentional overdose, mean arterial pressure decreased. Amitriptyline dosage: 11250 MG, ONCE/SINGLE, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DICLOFENAC. Patient recovered.
