Amitriptyline side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Sept 08, 2006. Male patient, weighting 130.9 lb, was diagnosed with insomnia, pain  and was treated with Amitriptyline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, feeling abnormal, insomnia. Amitriptyline dosage: 25 MG ONCE NIGHTLY PO. During the same period patient was treated with ATROPINE, BISACODYL, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE, CITRATE OF MAGNESIA, CODEINE, DOCUSATE NA, HYDROCODONE. Patient recovered.
