After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: suicidal ideation. Amitriptline dosage: 50 MG NIGHTLY PO. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with LORAZEPAM, OMEPRAZOLE, HALOPERIDOL, ORPHENADRINE CITRATE, TAMSULOSIN, DUTASTERIDE, INDOBUFEN, CHOLINE. Patient recovered.
