Male patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with depression What is  depression and was treated with Amitriptline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: colitis ischaemic, constipation What is  constipation, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, fall What is  fall, head injury, headache What is  headache, leukocytosis, loss of consciousness, orthostatic hypotension. Amitriptline dosage: 50 MG, QD,. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
