Male patient, 49 years of age, weighting 210.0 lb, was diagnosed with sleep apnoea syndrome and was treated with Amitriptline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood urine present, haematospermia, libido decreased, scrotal disorder, tremor. Amitriptline dosage: 150MG NIGHTLY PO. Patient recovered.
