Female patient, 79 years of age, weighting 145.7 lb, was diagnosed with constipation  and was treated with Amitiza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest discomfort, chest pain , hyperhidrosis, joint swelling, oedema peripheral. Amitiza dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, CALCIUM, CENTRUM SILVER, CYANOCOBALAMIN, FEXOFENADINE, FISH OIL, FOLIC ACID, ACIPHEX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
