Female patient, 50 years of age, weighting 149.9 lb, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome  and was treated with Amitiza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, asthenia, blood glucose increased, blood urea increased, brain oedema, bundle branch block left, concussion , constipation , dehydration. Amitiza dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COUMADIN, LEVOXYL, CYTOMEL, PROTONIX, ACYCLOVIR, VITAMIN, FISH OIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
