After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, hepatic cirrhosis, hepatic failure, renal failure, respiratory failure. Amiodarone dosage: 200 MG 1X PER 1 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, ALLOPURINOL, CARVEDILOL, HALCION, ISOSORBIDE DINITRATE, MINOCYCLINE, LEVOFLOXACIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
