Aminophylline side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Aug 09, 2006. Male patient, child 3 years of age, was diagnosed with asthma What is  asthma and was treated with Aminophylline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood glucose decreased, brain oedema, cerebral atrophy, clonic convulsion, depressed level of consciousness, febrile convulsion, ischaemia, respiratory failure. Aminophylline dosage: 11.2 MG/KG IV. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
