Amikin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Feb 15, 2005. Female patient, 29 years of age, was diagnosed with bacteraemia and was treated with Amikin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, lymphocyte count increased, myositis . Amikin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMIODARONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with AMIODARONE, CEFUROXIME, ACETAMINOPHEN, LEVOTHYROXINE, ASPIRIN, TEICOPLANIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
