Amikacin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from TURKEY on Mar 31, 2008. Male patient, child 4 years of age, was diagnosed with staphylococcal infection  and was treated with Amikacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, thrombocytopenia. Amikacin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LINEZOLID, IMIPENEM, CEFTRIAXONE, TEICOPLANIN. Patient recovered.
