and was treated with Amikacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, coagulopathy, dermatitis exfoliative, eosinophilia, erythema, face oedema, hypotension, nephritis interstitial. Amikacin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MIRTAZAPINE, MEROPENEM, VANCOMYCIN, CLINDAMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized.
