Amikacin side effect was reported by a Physician from on Nov 25, 2008. Male patient, 15 years of age, was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukaemia and was treated with Amikacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, coagulopathy, hepatosplenic candidiasis, neutropenic colitis, pleuritic pain, pulmonary haemorrhage, thrombocytopenia. Amikacin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
