Amikacin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from AUSTRALIA on Aug 12, 2008. Male patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with sepsis What is  sepsis and was treated with Amikacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, coagulopathy, dermatitis exfoliative, eosinophilia, erythema, face oedema, hypotension, nephritis interstitial. Amikacin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MIRTAZAPINE, MEROPENEM, VANCOMYCIN, CLINDAMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
