Amikacin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from CZECH REPUBLIC on Nov 30, 2007. Male patient, 38 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia  and was treated with Amikacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, restlessness. Amikacin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCORTISONE, CIPROFLOXACIN, NORADRENALINE, AMPICILLIN, CEFUROXIME, XIGRIS, COTRIM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
