Amidate side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 14, 2008. Female patient, 33 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with induction of anaesthesia and was treated with Amidate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hyperglycaemia, hyperosmolar state, loss of consciousness, metabolic acidosis, subarachnoid haemorrhage. Amidate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PENTOBARBITAL CAP, DEXAMETHASONE, PHENYTOIN, MANNITOL, DOPAMINE, PHENYLEPHRINE. Patient recovered.
