Amidate side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 27, 2005. Female patient, 17 years of age, was treated with Amidate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: carboxyhaemoglobin increased, intentional misuse, victim of homicide. Amidate dosage: unknown. Patient died on 01/19/2005.
