Female patient, 84 years of age, weighting 99.21 lb, was diagnosed with left ventricular dysfunction, asthma , duodenal ulcer, myocardial ischaemia, blood pressure increased, constipation  and was treated with Amias. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: choking sensation, cough, hyponatraemia. Amias dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SALBUTAMOL, SERETIDE, LANSOPRAZOLE, ASPIRIN, BENDROFLUMETHIAZIDE, SENNA GRANULES. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with AMLODIPINE, ASPIRIN, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ENALAPRIL, DILTIAZEM, COMBIVENT, FRUSEMIDE, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE, SPIRONOLACTONE. Patient recovered.
