After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal hernia, atrial fibrillation , blood chloride decreased, blood creatinine increased, blood sodium decreased, blood urea increased, ejection fraction decreased, pyrexia, radial nerve palsy. Amevive dosage: 15 MG, WEEKLY, INTRAMUSCULAR. During the same period patient was treated with MAXZIDE, ZOLOFT, GLUCOPHAGE, LEVOTHYROXINE, MOBIC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
