Male patient, 51 years of age, weighting 100.0 lb, was diagnosed with vitiligo and was treated with Amevive. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, cd4 lymphocytes increased, cough, difficulty in walking, dyspnoea, headache , histoplasmosis, influenza like illness. Amevive dosage: 15 MG; QW; IM. During the same period patient was treated with CODEINE, COMBIVENT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
