Female patient, weighting 250.0 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension, embolism, pulmonary hypertension , oedema and was treated with Ambrisentan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, hepatic enzyme increased, international normalised ratio increased, oedema peripheral, pain in extremity, right ventricular failure. Ambrisentan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COUMADIN, REVATIO, FUROSEMIDE, SPIRONOLACTONE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, ZAROXOLYN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
