Ambrisentan side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Mar 20, 2008. Male patient, 44 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension  and was treated with Ambrisentan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , dyspnoea, hypoxia, peripheral vascular disorder, pulmonary oedema, renal disorder, right ventricular failure, thrombocytopenia. Ambrisentan dosage: 10MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with FLOLAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
