After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: multi-organ failure, renal failure. Ambisome dosage: 10 MG/KG, UID/QD, IV NOS; 5 MG/KG, UID/QD, IV NOS. Patient died on 09/30/2007.

During the same period patient was treated with PIPERACILLIN, EPIVIR, SUSTIVA, KALETRA, AZITHROMYCIN, PYRIMETHAMINE, LEDERFOLIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
