Ambisome side effect was reported by a Physician from GREECE on Feb 19, 2008. Female patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with zygomycosis and was treated with Ambisome. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood alkaline phosphatase increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatotoxicity, myocardial infarction, respiratory failure, zygomycosis. Ambisome dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NOXAFIL, MEDROL, THEOPHYLLINE, ZOVIRAX, LOSEC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/29/2007.
