After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, alanine aminotransferase increased, amino acid level increased, ammonia increased, anaemia, asthenia, coma, culture urine positive, cytogenetic abnormality. Ambisome dosage: 50 MG, UID/QD, IV NOS. During the same period patient was treated with VITAMIN B12 NOS, PYRIDOXINE, GRANULOCYTE COLONY STIMULATING FACTOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
