Ambiosome side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Mar 21, 2007. Female patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with systemic mycosis, pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia and was treated with Ambiosome. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemolytic anaemia, pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia, psychiatric symptom, restlessness. Ambiosome dosage: 50 MG, UID/QD; IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with BACTRIM, LASIX, SOLDACTONE, GASTER, DALACIN, TIENAM, TARGOCID. Patient died on 12/01/2006.
