Amaryl side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on July 24, 2006. Male patient, 69 years of age, weighting 185.2 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent, hypertension, urinary tract infection  and was treated with Amaryl. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, cerebral infarction, cerebrovascular insufficiency, condition aggravated, hemiparesis, muscular weakness, nerve injury, reversible ischaemic neurological deficit, speech disorder. Amaryl dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with STARLIX, ANTIHYPERTENSIVES, UNACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
