Female patient, 23 years of age, weighting 238.1 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent and was treated with Amarel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: microcephaly. Amarel dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: facial dysmorphism, heart disease congenital, microcephaly, oligohydramnios, ventricular septal defect. Amarel dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACTRAPID, INSULATARD NPH. Patient recovered.
