Male patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent and was treated with Amarel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, circulatory collapse, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, international normalised ratio increased, malaise. Amarel dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREVISCAN, DIAMICRON, ALLOPURINOL, CREON, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, circulatory collapse, colonic haematoma, cyst rupture, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, international normalised ratio increased, malaise, pancreatitis haemorrhagic. Amarel dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREVISCAN, DIAMICRON, ALLOPURINOL, CREON, MOPRAL. Patient recovered.
