Amantadine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Apr 19, 2006. Female patient, 56 years of age, weighting 167.3 lb, was diagnosed with fatigue, multiple sclerosis , tremor and was treated with Amantadine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, dementia , depression , hallucination, auditory, insomnia, psychotic disorder . Amantadine dosage: 100MG PO BID. During the same period patient was treated with GLATIROMER, ALENDRONATE, ARIPIPRAZOLE, BUPROPION, CALCIUM, CLONAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
