Amantadine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on May 05, 2008. Female patient, 66 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease
and was treated with Amantadine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: body temperature increased, chondrocalcinosis pyrophosphate, dry skin, erythromelalgia, excoriation, hypoaesthesia, overdose, pigmentation disorder, skin exfoliation. Amantadine dosage: 50 MG, 1 TABLET TID, PER ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CARBIDOPA AND LEVODOPA, CARBIDOPA AND LEVODOPA, CARBIDOPA AND LEVODOPA, PARVASTATIN, FLAVOXATE HYROCHLORIDE, DROXIDOPA. Patient was hospitalized.
