Amantadine side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Dec 25, 2006. Female patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Amantadine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, communication disorder, disturbance in attention, gait disturbance, hallucination, visual, memory impairment, myoclonus. Amantadine dosage: 150 MG, QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LEVODOPA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, communication disorder, dysstasia, myoclonus, pyrexia, reflexes abnormal, visual disturbance, vomiting. Amantadine dosage: 200 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with DROXIDOPA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Amantadine dosage: 150 MG; QD;PO. During the same period patient was treated with LEVODOPA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
